Shipping, Orders & Returns
Everything you need to know about how your Velorie order ships, when it arrives, and what to do if you need help with an order or a refund.

Shipping
Where we ship
- We currently ship to customers in the United States.
- International shipping isn’t available yet, but it’s on our roadmap.
Processing time
- Orders are typically processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days.
- During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing may take a little longer.
Delivery time
- Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping rates
- Orders $50+ (after discounts): Free standard shipping within the U.S.
- Orders under $50: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method.
Order tracking
- As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.
- If you don’t see it, check your spam / promotions folder or search your inbox for “Velorie”.
Orders & Changes
Changing or cancelling an order
- We start processing orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible.
- If you need to update your shipping address or cancel, email support@shopvelorie.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- If the order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, we might not be able to change it, but we’ll let you know your options.
Wrong address
- If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@shopvelorie.com.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the corrected address; additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or stolen packages
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package:
- Check with neighbors / household members and around your property.
- Wait 1–2 business days in case the carrier scanned it early.
- If it still hasn’t shown up, email support@shopvelorie.com and we’ll review options with you.

- If you’re not happy with your first purchase, you can request a refund within 15 days of delivery.
- Applies to direct purchases from shopvelorie.com only.

How to request a refund
- Email support@shopvelorie.com with:
- Your order number
- The email you used at checkout
- A brief note about your experience (this helps us improve)
How refunds work
- Once your request is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.
Damaged or incorrect items
- If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve it quickly.
