Where we ship

• We currently ship to customers in the United States.
• International shipping isn’t available yet, but it’s on our roadmap.

Processing time

• Orders are typically processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days.
• During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

• Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates

• Orders $50+ (after discounts): Free standard shipping within the U.S.
• Orders under $50: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method.

Order tracking

• As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.
• If you don’t see it, check your spam / promotions folder or search your inbox for “Velorie”.
